    Is bookkeeping included in your plans?

    Not in the standard limited company plans. It is charged at £15 + VAT per hour on our specialist packages, and Construction Managed includes up to 3 hours a month.

    How many bookkeeping hours are included?

    Construction Managed and Construction Premium include up to 3 hours a month. Other packages don't include a set number of hours; we quote based on your volume.

    Is FreeAgent included, and can I use it with Mettle?

    FreeAgent is free when you hold an eligible NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland or Mettle business bank account, so many clients pay nothing for their software. We also work with Xero and other cloud accounting software.

    Is Xero included or charged separately?

    We are a Xero Silver Partner and can supply and manage your Xero subscription. Where a paid licence applies, it is recharged at cost or included as set out in your proposal.
