Client Portal and Software Services

In Front Accounting provides a secure online client portal through which clients can access their records, upload documents, view deadlines and manage their account. Use of the portal is subject to these terms and to any additional terms shown when registering or logging in.

Where you authorise us to act as your agent with HMRC (including Making Tax Digital services such as VAT and other tax filings), we access HMRC data solely through HMRC's official Agent Services APIs, using the authorisations you have granted. This access is used only to provide the services you have asked us for, is never used for any other purpose, and you may withdraw your authorisation with HMRC at any time. Access to the portal is protected by secure authentication, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

While we take reasonable care to keep the portal available and accurate, the portal is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will notify you promptly of any security incident affecting your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Liability

In Front Accounting shall not be liable for any loss arising from the use of information on this website or the client portal. Our liability for services provided is governed by our engagement letter.
