Your registered office must be a physical address in England and Wales (or Scotland if registered there). PO boxes are not accepted. It must be an address where official documents can be delivered.
Will my home address still be visible?
If you change your registered office to our address, your home address will no longer appear as the registered office on new filings. However, historical filings may still show your previous address on the Companies House record.
